Splash park fun!!!

Today we met some moms at this splash park. Grant loved it. He would run around and try not to get water dumped on his head. He really enjoyed the sprayers.I wish we had one of these closer we would go everyday.

He now has three molars. Yes just three. I know our little man is behind on getting teeth but three molars at once can I say Tylenol and Motrin. He really does good during the day except for the drooling, but at night they seem to hurt and he can't get comfortable.

Look at all those teeth

Lots and Lots of differnt farms. Local honey and cheese. we have a fun time going and Grant likes looking and tasting all the goodies.

2nd visitors to Omaha!!

Clints parents made the long drive from Dallas to come and visit us. We had a really great time. Everyone was feeling good and we really got to enjoy their visit and got to show them some of our favorite places in Omaha. Two really good Mexican food places. I know Omaha and Mexican but I have to tell you really good food. We got to hang out and go to the park and play. We went to the zoo one day and had a blast. The zoo is amazing so much to see you can't see it all in one day. We rode the train. Grant loves riding the train. He is talking so much now it is so fun. Thanks to the Edens for making the long drive and for the parking spaces in the garage. We had fun and look forward to seeing you soon.

The Grass is Finally In.

While my family was here the grass was put in. The house looks so much better with a yard. My mom has a green thumb and loves to work out in the yard. We went and bought plants for the front flower bed and got all the plants put where we wanted them and and put Clint to work. Here is some pictures of the house now that everything is done.

Our First Visitors and July 4th

We has our first visitors come to Omaha. My mom, dad and sister. Unfortunately we were all sick so there was not much fun happening. After twelve hours of driving to come to sick sick and more sick. Grant started Moms Day Out and got the croup and a double ear infection. Clint and I both had sinus infections with double ear infections. Fever and the whole works. My family was great. They unboxed and put away almost everything in the whole house. It was so nice to have them here and all the help since we were feeling so badly. My closet is color coded and so organized.(And yes Dad it still looks the same). I want to thank them for the entire week of hard work and sweat. We love you and look forward to the next visit so we can have some fun. We did get to hang out on the Forth and go to a parade. Grant loved waving at all the people in the parade. He played outside when he got home and we watched the most unbelievable fireworks show I have ever seen. Words can really not describe the show we saw from our balcony. Three hours of non stop professional fireworks. Crazy!!!! Don't believe me come visit us next Forth and you won't be disappointed.

Man did we have a fun time seeing everyone and the wedding was beautiful. Grant did great on the plane ride he read books and played with some toys. Once we reached Dallas the fun began. Grant loved seeing everyone and played with all the people. He did so good. He would go swimming almost everyday with his daddy, uncle Lance, grandpa and Great P. He has so much fun splashing around in the pool. The also really enjoyed dancing with Aunt Suzanne at the wedding. It was a wonderful time. Here are some pictures from the weekend.

OUR HOME

Well it has been a long time since I have updated this. Lots has taken place in the last month. We have finally moved into our house and we are just loving it. We closed on June 12th and the movers came on the 13th. Yes Friday the 13th. Everything went smooth and only one piece of furniture was broken but is fixable. YEAHHHH!! It was great to see all of our things again. I found a sitter for Grant and he played at the park while Clint and I told the movers where to place everything. All day experience. One I can't image doing on our own. That weekend was also fathers day and I wanted to do something special for Clint. He is an amazing father to Grant and I couldn't of dreamed him to be any more patient with both Grant and myself during this entire move. It was hard and he was for sure the rock for us all. I love to watch Grant and him bond now. Grant loves to be with him and watches everything Clint does. I pray that someday Grant will be as loving and giving as his father is. Grant will be a catch someday for a wonderful lady if he follows all the things he learns from watching his daddy. I love you Clint for the man you are and the father you have become. I am a lucky lady.
Anyways for fathers day we went to brunch and then went to a World Series game. It was really fun but really hot. I think I sprayed Grant with sunscreen at least eight times while we were there. He is pasty white like his mom and I did not want him to burn. Really fun day with the fam.
